"Today I went to receive a pedicure. I opted for the deluxe although the technician took it upon herself to do the signature no complaints I’ll just pay the different fee. Upon arriving home I rubbed my feet together and noticed it was still had roughness to it. When I called to inform them, I was asked how long was my previous pedicure. I have patronized this business many times before and never got that treatment. As if I didn’t hear the sign from the technician when the lady who checked me in told her to do my pedicure. I should have taken that as my sign to turn round and leave. Although I was told to come back and they would scrub it, I prefer to just not return there again. I tip every time and not difficult to deal with when obtaining service. This I actually my first complaint since I first went in 2017. But it will definitely be my last."

"Deluxe Pedicure with hot wax, stones, massage, and orange exfoliate for 40$ was nice. Overall service was welcoming & comfortable. Paint job wasn’t the best, reason for one star less. I would come back if in the area again."

"Depends on the day you go. I love that they don’t enforce mask wearing, and they leave it up to each individual with what they’re comfortable with. First time I went was for a pedicure, and was in an out without issue. Second time I went, was on my lunch break for a dip manicure. I waited 10 to 15 minutes before I was directed to sit down to let my nails soak. 30 minutes later, I was still sitting with my nails soaking. Unfortunately I had to leave so I can get back to work. Again, I guess it just depends on the day you go and if you’re lucky or not."
